Online Ticket Sales

Purpose:

Audition Scheduling & Fees 

We use Google Calendar and Scheduler to coordinate musician auditions. When you book an audition, we collect:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Musical instrument

• Email address and telephone number

Payment Processing:
Audition fees are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Payment information is collected by these providers only. We do not store your payment details.

Purpose:
Your information is used solely to coordinate auditions, verify eligibility, communicate with you, and process audition fees.

Minors:
If you are under 14 years old, a parent or guardian must schedule the audition and provide consent.

Registration for Orchestra Membership

As part of the orchestra membership registration process, we collect personal, educational, and musical information via Google Forms. This includes details such as your name, contact information, educational background (e.g., school name and field of study), information about your music lessons, and emergency contact details for parents or guardians.

Purpose:
This information is collected to manage orchestra membership, verify eligibility, communicate effectively with members and their families, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. 

Cookies and Tracking:
Our website does not use cookies or tracking technologies except those necessary for Ecwid’s shopping cart and checkout functionality. 

Data Storage and Transfers:

 Your personal data may be processed and stored by trusted third-party services (Ecwid, Stripe, PayPal, Google) whose servers may be located outside Quebec and Canada. By using our website or booking auditions, you consent to these international data transfers. 

Your Rights:
